Fydez and its affiliates respect your privacy. Fydez provides mobile application builder service to merchants to power their omnichannel stores. Fydez (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://fydez.com/ website and the Fydez mobile application builder (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

If Fydez is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data

Payments


We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case,
we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

 

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is
provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your
personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment
processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI
Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure

Fydez App builder’s Terms of Use:


Fydez will develop and deliver the App (iOS and Android) according to the
Customer’s specifications.


All intellectual property rights related to the App will be owned by Fydez.


Fydez will provide regular updates to the Customer on the development status
of the App.


The Customer will provide feedback and approval throughout the development
process.


The Customer will not use the App until signing up to a monthly subscription
plan, as agreed with Fydez.


Fydez and the customer will agree to the timeframe of the App delivery after the
subscription commences.

 

Confidentiality:


Both parties acknowledge and agree to keep all confidential information relating
to the development of the App confidential and to not disclose such information
to any third party without the other party’s prior written consent.

 

Intellectual Property:


Fydez retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to
copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks, related to the App. The
Customer will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or
otherwise attempt to obtain the source code or trade secrets related to the App.

 

Fydez App Builder end-user Data policy:


After the customer begins commercial use of the App, the customer owns the
end-user data and related assets collected from the App.


Fydez will host the App on Australian servers and take responsible measures for
security of the data, though 100% safety can not be guaranteed.


The customer will take full responsibility of the manner in which the data is
used, and the privacy of the end-users’ data collected through the app.


Fydez is not responsible for any legal claims, privacy breaches and mishandling
of the data arising from the customer’s use of the end users’ data.

 

Children’s Privacy


Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).


We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone
under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your
Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware
that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of
parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any
changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
